Sounds like it's time to take a pregnancy test. A lot of people will say "Oh, if you breastfeed you can't get pregnant" and that's not entirely true. In order for breastfeeding to provide reliable protection against pregnancy, you need to follow ALL the following rules:
- Your baby must be less than 6 months old.
- Your baby must be exclusively breastfed. He can't be eating solids or receiving supplemental bottles.
- Your period must not have returned.
- Your baby must never go more than 6 hours without nursing.
