I've recently started drinking a mug of peppermint tea before bedtime because I find it very relaxing. But I remember hearing that peppermint is one of those herbs that can decrease milk supply.
DS is 9 months old... is one tea bag a night enough to decrease my supply? Should I stick to chamomile to be safe? It's hard to tell if my supply has gone down since I started drinking the tea since I never pump.
