What are your experiences combining supplements? I am on fenugreek, blessed thistle (each 3x a day), lecithin (once a day), and the liquid mother's milk blend when I remember (probably 2-3x a day between meals). I also drink mother's milk tea every day, or try to. I've read that the wrong supplements together can interact and actually cause a decrease - has anyone had this happen? Anyone know of specific interactions to avoid?
I am thinking of adding Shatavari and/or Brewer's Yeast, in particular.
