    My understanding was that all women of childbearing age were to take prenatals since you need plenty of folic acid before you conceive and in the early weeks before many women even know they are PG. Mine say for pregnant or lactating women and I have taken them for 6+ yrs.
    Nursed my sweet daughter 3 years, 3 mos.

    At least your weight stays the same inspite of the increased appetite. I think it's normal, maybe your body is just adapting to your baby's demand of milk. I took Iron supplement and Calcium which helped me a lot when I was nursing.
