Exclamation sick baby, please help with diaper count

My son is 6 months old. We have all had and are recovering from respiratory flu. He has bee doing fine on diaper count. Today, he has not had a single pee diaper since 8am. (5hours total now). I am trying to determine if we need to go to the ER. He acts bright otherwise, just tired. Thank you! He is my third ebf baby.

Has he pooped? If so, that would count.

As long as he seems bright and is nursing, I probably wouldn't worry too much about the long stretch of dry diapers. It may be that he has learned to hold his pee in order to avoid the discomfort of a wet diaper. But I would call the pediatrician and ask what they recommend.
Coolest thing my big girl said recently: "How can you tell the world is moving when you are standing on it?"
Coolest thing my little girl sang recently: "I love dat one-two pupples!"
