Sounds like you're doing better over all. That's great! I think you are on the right track and doing a good job. It might help you to just keep a little notebook or mark it on the calendar on your phone when you try something new and when you see reactions. Or go for the full on food journal if you feel ambitious. It really can help you notice patterns you might not otherwise.
