Going back to work on Monday!!!
yes, it's that time, exactly 8 weeks after giving birth it's time to go back to work. For the next 2 months, I will be at training, from 8am to 5pm. I will be dropping my daughter at the sitters at 6:30am, and Daddy will be picking her up at 4pm. I will only have 3 opportunities to pump, right when I get to work, lunch break, and driving home. I bought a car charger for my Medela pump, plan to pump in the parking lot, some part in the office for lunch, and on my way home from work (I have a Simple Wishes bra) - so my hands are always on the wheel.
I get about 4ozs a breast when I pump. She feeds about every hr and a half on the breast. I'm trying to figure out is 3 times during the day enough to pump until I make it home to her, when she can go back to my boob? Also, how many ounces should I send to the sitter with her. I already have stash of about 60 or so ounces in my fridge, but I don't want the sitter to have to worry about her not eating enough. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
