    I had borderline low supply so I was always worried about my supply the first year or so but really you will be fine. Pump and nurse before and after and if you can catch a break, then too but within a couple of days you should be back to normal.
    Nursed my sweet daughter 3 years, 3 mos.

    I can't remember whether you have a PISA, but if you do, you can use the yellow piston thingy (pictured here: http://www.amazon.com/Medela-Lactina...lactina+piston) together with your usual flange/valve/membrane to make a manual pump.
