    Default Pumping post-supplementation question.

What pumping regime do you think is best to make up for a feeding with supplementation? I'm currently trying to do 10 minutes past the last drop of milk on both sides, 10 min rest, then at least one more 10 min pumping. Should I do more?

when I was supplementing when my baby was first born, my IBCLC told me to pump for 15 minutes after each supplemented feeding (I was using a hospital-grade pump). And it worked--within a couple of weeks we were breastfeeding exclusively. What you're doing sounds great to me!
