Be patient. Keep offering, and offer in different, comforting places- a warm bath, a dark room. Watch his diaper output. Don't resort to bottles unless there's no other option- i.e. baby is no longer producing enough wet diapers. And take baby in to the pediatrician- nursing strikes are often related to illness, especially ear infections.
