Thread: Anyone have a good lactation cookie recipe?

Question Anyone have a good lactation cookie recipe?

    Hi Ladies!

I'm looking for a tasty lactation cookie recipe. I was sort of thinking of making an oatmeal cookie with some flaxseed, brewer's yeast, peanut butter and chocolate, but I wasn't sure about the amounts of the flax and yeast. Anyone ever concoct their own recipe?

I can't stand the mother's milk tea, but I'm using a fenugreek supplement, eating oatmeal, and drinking gatorade (my sister said it's helpful).

    Thanks!

I've based one off of this recipe before. I just kind of change it based on what I have. It seems like a pretty forgiving recipe as long as you keep a similar dry to liquid ratio.
I love the idea of adding peanut butter. I think I'll add peanut butter chips in my next batch. Yum!

Oh, also if you like try coconut water. It is a better for you hydrator than Gatorade.
