    Default 17 months and nursing?

I have nursed my daughter since day one! She is now a little over 17 months and nurses maybe once every three days... I have NO milk left... she has been doing this for about two weeks... is it ok for me to still put her on my boob???? Should I try to do something about my supply???? HELP!

It's absolutely fine to nurse an older toddler, regardless of how much milk you have. I've nursed both my kids until age 3, and at the end they were nursing once a day, then once every few days, then once a week. Weaning is a long goodbye.
Coolest thing my big girl said recently: "How can you tell the world is moving when you are standing on it?"
Coolest thing my little girl sang recently: "I love dat one-two pupples!"

Sounds like you're doing great! Although I weaned my DD at 39 mos she did latch on after that and still almost 4 yrs old she'll "pretend nurse" for comfort even if it's just putting her face up to my bra. She doesn't care that there's no milk, it's a comfort and emotional connection thing for her at this point.
Nursed my sweet daughter 3 years, 3 mos.
