Default Sensitive breast and burning let-down

Recently, one of my breasts has become very sensitive to the touch - even brushing it is a little painful. In addition, my let-down is now giving me a burning, stinging sensation in the same breast. The let-down pain usually happens when my son (18mo) is nursing on the other breast. Until now, I have never been able to feel my let-downs at all.
I have had plugged ducts and mastitis before and this feels totally different. Any ideas? Thanks!!

Coolest thing my big girl said recently: "How can you tell the world is moving when you are standing on it?"
Coolest thing my little girl sang recently: "I love dat one-two pupples!"

I don't think so- we dealt with thrush early on... It was more of a shooting pain if I remember correctly. I hadn't considered it though... Ill look more into it. Thanks
