Do the next weight check on the SAME SCALE if possible. Make sure baby is naked at every weight check. There are so many problems with these weight checks you describe there is no way to even draw any conclusion.
1) Baby's birth weight may have been inflated- it often is.
2) The first two checks were on different scales (I assume, because they usually are. Delivery room and nursery.)
3) the time period you are looking at covers from (I think) day 2 of life, when a baby would normally either still be losing or not yet gaining, up to day 11. With no weight checks in between it's impossible to know if baby’s gain rate has been increasing over this period as would be normal, staying the same, or decreasing!
