it's probably fine, but i'd probably try to use it sooner than later - i'd rather bump an older bottle already in the fridge for tomorrow, for example. the Womanly Art of Breastfeeding suggests using commonsense food handling rules (assuming a healthy term infant) and that falls within my own commonsense food handling rules - i will often refrigerate and eat later leftovers that sat out for 2 hours. others may be more conservative. but it's easy to tell by smell or taste if milk has gone bad, so there's no risk to saving it and trying.
