Default increasing supply after I have stopped pumping

I have a 7 month old and she has cut down since starting solids. I was pumping about 4 times a day and I have cut that to 1-2 times a day. If I was to increase pumping will my supply go up or am I done. I should say that I still breast feed her in the mornings and in the evenings when Im with her.

At time you increase the frequency or completeness of milk removal, supply will increase, unless there's some physical condition that is preventing an increase (e.g. pregnancy, certain types of hormonal contraception).

If you want to increase supply, it's definitely not too late!
