there are no "documented studies" on bf while taking advair, but postures that the low levels of advair in the blood would indicate poor xfer into Bm. any one else take or taking it? any noticed effects on supply?

I'm having increased asthma irritation with the dry weather and now URI. tis the season.

The Lactation risk- is L3 meaing Probably safe- There are no reports in lactating women available. Use your best judgement. Could you talk with your MD about using something that is known to be safe in breastfeeding mom and baby?

I've been on the Advair 250 Diskus for years and have BF'd 3 kids with no supply issues at all.
