Hi,
I am a full-time mom who pumps and work. Can I pump into a medela bottle or storage bag of previously pumped milk (from that day)? It would be so much easier and less clean-up. Thanks in advance!

Yes, you can mix milk. I would mix even multiple days of milk. Just keep track of the oldest milk in that bag/bottle and plan accordingly!
Anything to simplify pumping and storing milk, right?!?!

If you are adding warm to cold milk, just keep in mind that this will warm up the refridgerated stuff. So especially if you are taking the bottle out to pump into (meaning it will be out of the fridge for a while), this will reduce the shelf life a little. So in addition to using the oldest date of the mixed collection as suggested above, you might want to reduce the expiry date a bit further to take this into account. There is usually a lot of extra caution added into the milk storage protocols, though, so it's probably fine even so. Breastmilk is hardy stuff.
I would typically chill the milk and then add cold milk together.
