I have excess lipase and have to scald my milk. Do the same storage/handling rules apply to scalded milk? Can I keep in the fridge for a few days after scalding? Can I leave in the fridge for 24 hours after scalding, freezing then thawing? Can I leave out for an hour after warming a previously frozen bottle? Can I retry the same bottle for a second feeding if LO doesn't finish it the first feeding?
Sorry for the frantic questions. I go back to work tomorrow (ugh!!) and I suddenly have all these questions. I've never left my baby before and I'm extremely nervous. Also, she doesn't do well with bottles so I'm worried about wasting a ton of my hard pumped BM.
