With the new healthcare plan, I have read that it is a requirement for employers to provide nursing moms with a place (other than a bathroom) to pump milk and unpaid breaks to pump. Now, is this only for full time employment or does it go for part time as well? Does anyone know the law/am I getting this right?
I want to make sure I am going to be able to keep breastfeeding as long as I can while being employed part time.
