    Default Mom and baby sick

Well my kids have this nasty stomach virus that's been lingering since thanksgiving. I've cought it now too. My nursling is 16m. Not eating too much but nursing plenty. Now that i'm sick, I'm not really eating too much, have diarrhea, and I think I'm a little dehydrated although I'm trying to push fluids. On top of that I have my period...What else, if anything, should I do to make sure I don't have a decrease in supply?

Just nurse on demand, and try to stay hydrated, and everything will be fine.

    Sorry you're sick, mama!
Coolest thing my big girl said recently: "How can you tell the world is moving when you are standing on it?"
Coolest thing my little girl sang recently: "I love dat one-two pupples!"
