Default having an outpatient tubal done 2 months pp & breastfeed?

Hey I am having a tubal done outpatient about 2 months postpartum and wondering if I have to wait 24 hours to breastfeed as I exclusively bf my son and don't want to go that long..has anyone been through this?

hi mama, there are very few things one cannot breastfeed through. but most doctors simply say that instead of looking it up. so you'll want to find out what meds you'll be on, and then look them up and talk to your doc about them.
