Thread: When to start frezing

    Default When should I start freezing milk

    So my dd is 15 days old, she has been exclusively breastfeeding and sometimes ill pump if im gonna be out doing errands....i go back to work nov 12, im a teacher, work schedule is 7-3:30, so when should i start freezing? I dont even know how much shell be drinking then. When is the best time to pump?

    Usually it's reccomended to start pumping around 6 weeks. I used to pump 1x per day in the morning and freeze that for when I went back to work.
