    Default Has anyone tried ColicCalm?

My 9 wk old DS does not have colic, but she does have painful gas. Infant gas can be bubbles that can be burped out or it can be intestinal. http://www.coliccalm.com/baby_infant..._treatment.htm
The latter is our issue. I know there are different schools of thought on this, but I am starting to think at least some is coming from what I eat (I EBF). I don't ingest any of the speculated triggers - dairy, caffeine, alcohol - and I don't eat any refined sugar, grain, wheat, gluten, soy, processed foods etc. But in addition to chicken and fish, I eat a ton of fruit and vegetables per day, so many that I wouldn't even know how to perform an elimination test except to cut back overall. Anyway, if this product is the real deal I'd like to try it. The gas is impacting her sleep... and mine. Thx.

Continuing my own research for anyone interested. I Googled 'Chris Kresser infant gas' (who incidentally cites La Leche League as the premiere source for BF info)- and found some guidelines for moms like me who take a primal or paleo approach to nutrition.
    Gotta scroll way down: http://chriskresser.com/naturally-tr...oke-prevention
There are some guidelines for eliminations for someone who's a a paleo eater, and if they don't work there's a FODBAR diet that gets really specific about yes and no meats, vegetables, fruits, etc. I also found this veggie yes/no list below if you too are having gas issues, which I admittedly have been and thought it was solely a post partum thing. But now I'm not sure since my other postpartum issues are all gone.

Haven't tried this in particular, and I don't know about it's ingredients...I used Mommy's Bliss gripe water when baby seemed to have belly issues...it has natural ingredients like fennel and ginger which help calm an upset belly...worked like a charm!
