Default Ouch! Sore What do I do?

After pumping yesterday morning I developed a knot in my breast. A day later it is still there. When baby latched I thought I would die! So painful, what do I do?

Sounds like a plugged duct. Check out this link: http://kellymom.com/bf/concerns/mother/mastitis/

Massage, moist heat, frequent nursing and pumping. And inspect the surface of your nipple for a blister or bleb (http://kellymom.com/bf/concerns/mother/nipplebleb/)- plugs often back up behind a blister.
Coolest thing my big girl said recently: "How can you tell the world is moving when you are standing on it?"
Coolest thing my little girl sang recently: "I love dat one-two pupples!"

Definitely check out those links and immediately get to work trying to break up that plug/knot. If you ignore it, it can get worse, and you can end up pretty sick with mastitis (and needing antibiotics). Gotta nip those nasties in the bud!
