    Default Period already?

My LO is 4 months old and EBF. He nurses often and there is no decrease. I wasn't expecting my period back until I started weaning. Will this effect my supply?

no personal experience with this, but as I understand it, as long as you continue to nurse on demand, you should be fine, though if you need to pump, you may see a temporary decrease in pump output around the time of your period.

Moms get their periods back at all sorts of intervals. Some get them back within a short time of birth, others go for months and months (15 or so, on average) and a few won't get their periods back until their babies wean completely. So don't be too shocked that your period returned so quickly.

As the PP said, as long as you nurse on demand, you will be fine.
Coolest thing my big girl said recently: "How can you tell the world is moving when you are standing on it?"
Coolest thing my little girl sang recently: "I love dat one-two pupples!"
