Is flu shot safe while breast feeding?

Is it safe to receive the flu shot while breastfeeding? My baby is 11 months old now but still breastfeeding heavily. Thanks for any oppinions!

According to the US Center for Disease Control: “Influenza vaccine does not affect the safety of mothers who are breastfeeding or their infants. Breastfeeding does not adversely affect the immune response and is not a contraindication for vaccination.”
