Just wanted to share,
When I was returning to work a few weeks ago I inquired on if our lactation room was complete yet. My Manager had stated no, and I could pump in the bathroom. Little did I know about this law. Thanks to my local leader I found this link then called HR. Thanks to the details of this link, I was able to prove that waiting for, or lines to a lactation room are also in violation of the law. Previously, there would be lines or no room available at our place to pump. Now we have 3 places to pump and I know that I am in my right to pump every 3 hours and NOT in a bathroom.

Also in my state of Washington we have a BF collation with a wealth of resources on returning to work:
