    Default Afraid to pump!

Okay, so I think the oversupply issue has been solved (yeah!), but now I'm afraid to pump because I don't want to have to fix this problem all over again! I've got a couple of nights out in the next couple of months and will need to have bottles for the sitter. How do I successfully start pumping without my supply going into overdrive again?

I would suggest you think ahead to when those nights out will be and how much milk you think you will need. Then pump as near to that date as possible. No need to pump today if you are not going out for a couple more weeks. That will give you body more time to adjust to the OALD solutions you have put in place.

    Does this make sense?
