    Lipase makes your milk taste horrible. Some moms say its soapy, metallic or like vomit. Sometimes it makes your milk smell horrible too. It's OK to feed, but some babies won't drink it. You will know if you have it and taste your milk.

    I haven't tasted it as I've been out when DH prepares it. I'll try the next one.
