    Default nursing/ pumping while sick

    if i'm sick (fever/sore throat) can i still save the milk i pump today for use at a later time or should i dump it?

    Go ahead and save it. It's not full of germs- it's full of antibodies to the germs that are making you sick, and they will help your baby avoid getting sick or lessen the severity of her illness if she does get sick.

    Sorry you're not feeling well! Try to take care of yourself and stay hydrated.
