    And maybe a set of bottles and other things in your office - in case you forget to bring them! Also, those freezer bags are handy for if you pump more than you expect - they don't take up any room and you can just put the milk in there and then into bottles or whatever later.

    Yes - CAPS! Keep some extra cas at your office. I am always forgetting the caps to my bottles!

    Another thing I found that saves time, which was a total surprise, was that I got the replacement parts for the PISA. Forgot to bring everything in one day and ran down to BRU and picked up the replacement packs, only to find that they actually are designed very differently from the ones that came with my pump - the flange and connector are one piece. It's easier to clean, and the design ALSO means less milk backs up into the tubes (actually, I have had next to NO milk back up into the tubes). I used to have to rinse the tubes out all the time (and then dry them on the pump) which took up annoying amounts of time both at work and at home.

    I use the replacement parts exclusively now
