Default Hand pump vs. electric to reduce supply

I have posted here about my OALD and huge milk supply. Just wanted to see if you thought using a hand pump might stimulate things less when I pump as opposed to an electric pump. I work for 12 hours and need to pump 4 3 oz. bottles for the time I am away. How best to do this without making OS and OALD any worse then already is. Thanks!

I'm not sure. It seems like the manual is at least worth a try. I'm sure someone else here knows more about manual pumps.

Can you hand express? That would probably be best (with the added benefit of no pump parts to wash ).
