Good information from Jenna. A lot of moms freak out when they go from feeling "full" all the time to suddenly feeling empty. But frequently feeling full just means you're making too much milk, and you shouldn't expect that in the long term. One your supply is in sync with baby's needs, it is normal to experience any or all of the following:
- decreased or absent letdown sensation
- decreased or absent leaking
- less output when pumping
- suddenly needing to use both breasts at a feeding, whereas before the baby only required one
That being said, tight bras can diminish supply, so if you happened to wear a constricting one to bed, that could be at fault.
