    Default Not gaining enough weight

I need help badly. My younger son is 2 months and 7 days old.His birth weight is 3.5 Kg and it dropped to 3.1 kg when we were discharged from the hospital. He went hypoglycemic and was in NICU for one night. After that lactigen was given as topfeed for 3 days.He was an yellow baby and has undergone phototherapy as well.I had problems with milk initially. Then my gynec prescribed lactare tablets which I took for 3 days. Now his weight is 4.2 kg ie after 2 months and 7 days.Is there any concern in his weight gain.He wets around 12- 13 times a day and 2-3 dirty diapers as well. How do I know if he is getting enough milk?

My friend suggested me to take Galact granules two times a day.Is it safe to take.Could you please reply to me.It would be a great relief since I am so much stressed with this.

If wets and poops are normal in number and weight gain is adequate, and baby looks healthy, then you have enoug milk
