Yes you should be fine. I ran my first post-baby marathon when my daughter was 9 mos old and while my milk supply might have been slightly lower on my long run days, otherwise it wasn't an issue. I have photos of me nursing her with my sports bra pulled up when she didn't want to wait till I showered and she was fine (and most people who want to start working out post baby aren't running 40-60 miles/week but I'm just saying it can be done).
