Don't measure your milk supply based on what you pump. The pump is not as effective as the baby at removing milk from the breast, anso most moms don't have great results the first few times they pump, so it's quite possible your baby gets 2-3 oz when nursing but you can only get 1 when you pump.
Also, falling apart meaning exhausted. I'm used to getting much more sleep than this and my brain is literally shutting down. Sometimes I just feel so defeated and discouraged. Especially when she's crying and I don't know why or she wants to eat again like 30 minutes after I just fed her.
And i haven't done any housework, which is also stressing me out to see the house getting so bad.
Time for the adults in your life to step up and help you with the house. Even if you are a stay-at-home mom for the moment, you're also a brand-new mom who needs to recover her strength and focus on her baby. You not a maidservant. That means your DH needs to transform himself into Cinderfella: he should be sweeping, mopping, doing laundry, dusting, cooking, etc.
Exhaustion is normal at this stage of the game. But you may want to discuss PPD with your doc- feeling so discouraged and defeated might mean you're edging over into baby blues territory.
