Default tips to aid milk ejection...

Any tips to aid the milk ejection reflex when stress/anxiety is delaying it?

when pumping, i would do something indulgent/distracting, close my eyes, and stretch and massage my shoulders and neck, roll my head around stretching my neck, etc. i also played a little slideshow i made with an audio recording of DS latching. it all helped. but not sure how to do that while nursing - i needed my arms!

how about a warm compress (like a bean bag) you could put on your shoulders/neck when you start nursing?

Thanks! I'll look into marshmallow root and try some warm compresses.
