    Default Block Feeding

Can someone please advise me how to do this? I have major oversupply and am in pain. I'm willing to go as extreme as needed to get this under control as soon as possible. Should I only offer one breast for the whole day to let the other side regulate? Will I lose too much milk in the other breast if I do that? Any advice is appreciated!
