    Even if you didn't have lipase, the fat floats. It's the nature of unhomogenized milk. If you got raw whole cow's milk, it does that too

    It won't hurt her, really. I have awful lipase...like make the milk look funky awful ...and my baby drinks it has has been fine for 16 months now
