Default Should I be concerned about breast pain?

I got hit in the breast on monday (3 days ago) not very hard, it just hurt a little then was fine. It now hurts more. I don't feel any lumps nor is there any skin discoloration. I am nursing a 4 month old. Should I be concerned?

I got a little cloggy when my 18 month old kicked me in the breast one morning recently. I took a hot shower, massaged the breast (ouch!), and had him nurse as much as he coud from that side and the clogs cleared by the end of the day.

This may not be the case for you if you aren't feeling any lumps, but I thought I'd throw that out there. Plus I think it is possible to get clogs that don't feel like lumps.
