Increasing milk supply on just one side?

I have an OS issue on my left side and US on my right side. I think I get no more than 2 ounces out of the right. I have an 11 week old. What can I do to increase supply on the right, while trying to decrease the supply on the left?

2 oz is actually a bit above average for output when pumping. Remember, most breastfed babies are eating only 2-4 oz total at a feeding throughout their first year!
