I noticed my milk getting the vomity taste at about 4 weeks, and I really don't want to scald it, so I started rotating the frozen stuff at 3 weeks and now it tastes "neutral" - not as sweet as fresh, but no hint of icky.
I might have missed it, but you're planning to pump at work, right? In that case you won't need nearly the stash you're thinking - just to make up for the times when you don't pump enough for the following day...
