Sunburn and breastfeeding....

I was hoping to find out if sunburn or exposure to the sun can cause breastfeeding issues..? Or if the only problem is tenderness from the burn....

I don't know if it's just timing but I've been working outside and now I don't feel as if I get as full as before....

Once your body regulates to how much your lo eats you often won't feel "full" any more but that doesn't mean that you aren't producing enough. As long as your baby has enough wet and poopy diapers, your supply is fine.

I've nursed my lo tons with a sunburn and for me the only issues have been tenderness and dehydration from sun poisoning once HTH
