    Pumping sucks.

    Yep, a bad pun.

    But it does. It boggles my mind that women choose to pump over nursing. It's hard work. Harder than breastfeeding actually. Give yourself a bit of time, make sure your equipment will let you succeed -- like too many moms try to pump with less than efficient pumps, wrong horns, whatever -- and you will improve.

    Get a hands free bra as it will help you have more flexibility while you pump. And I think a computer, iPod, iPhone, smartphone or something like that helps too. Keeps your mind off it.

    And don't focus on ounces right not. Just work on getting a routine in place.

    Also don't try to wash everythign every time. Throw the whole thing in the fridge and then just take home and wash at the end of the day. (Or every other)

    Way too lazy for formula
