    STAY AWAY FROM DEPO. I gained more weight on it (food journaling and normal eating) while breastfeeding than I did in pregnancy, I got crazy depressed, and still managed to get pregnant on it (which is unlikely but not unheard of).

    I swear the only way it's an effective bc is because you do not want to have sex. Ever. My libido was GONE. I know some people say the side effects aren't for everyone, but these basic ones really are VERY common.

    You cannot take birth control pill at the time of breast feeding at least for next 9 month to 1 and half year till the complete growth of your baby. Which totally depends on you the better option for u Is to go for IUD implantation.
