Default nursing while taking z pack

Is it safe to nurse my 3 month old while taking the z pack for a sinus infection? He also has a cold and cough right now.

My understanding is that it is fine; I took a z-pack for a sinus infection while nursing my second baby. For a definitive answer, I suggest contacting the Infant Risk Center: http://www.infantrisk.com/

I'm taking it right now, and my doctor said it was okay, but I didn't double-check. I had taken it while pregnant, too.

I was just on it for pneumonia, my doctor said it was okay while nursing.

Me too. My doc and my baby's doc both said it is fine.
