Default Can I get a massage?

I was just wondering.... If you're nursing, can you get a deep tissue relaxation massage? I was wondering if all the toxins get into the milk after the massage.
I've never read anything about this. Anybody know anything?

    Thanks!

Go ahead. Massage shouldn't hurt anything other than your wallet- though if you're prone to plugged ducts if you're on your stomach for too long, that could be something to watch for.
Coolest thing my big girl said recently: "How can you tell the world is moving when you are standing on it?"
Coolest thing my little girl sang recently: "I love dat one-two pupples!"

If you don't have issues with sleeping on your stomach then you should be fine. Drink lots of water after the massage

Should be fun. I've had massages after several of the marathons I've run while breastfeeding and never had an issue.
