How old is your LO? Have you tried nursing or pumping?

    The PP asked good questions.

The keys to increased milk supply are intense and frequent stimulation of the breast and milk removal. In other words, the more often you nurse or pump, and the more completely you empty the breast when you do so, the more milk you will make. If you haven't been pumping the last 3 weeks, you probably have pretty minimal supply at this point, but frequent nursing or pumping will help you get it back. It may take several weeks for it to come all the way back, so don't get discouraged if you don't see great results at first. If the baby will not nurse, make sure you use a really good pump with correctly sized breast shields. A hospital-grade rental pump is the machine you want to use.
