Bls. And loving it almost 7 months.
Have done avacado, butternut squash, yellow and green squash, carrots and sweet potato.
Dairy allergy , so make homemade no dairy teething buiskits.
But don't want to give it as often as he wants bec he just wants to eat the whole thing . Would like to give cheerios? Is he of age? No teeth but teething. And chews and swallows very well.

Cheerios should be fine. Babies don't need teeth for them- they just melt in baby's mouth as he gums them.
Coolest thing my big girl said recently: "How can you tell the world is moving when you are standing on it?"
Coolest thing my little girl sang recently: "I love dat one-two pupples!"

I gave cheerios around 7 months. Nice easy snack, and great for helping them develop a pincer grasp.

I would read the labels. I noticed that some of those puffs add sugar.

You could give the puffs or just the cheerios. I think the puffs are a marketing scam - even the organic ones. You're paying quite a bit for a melting o-shape - and that is what cheerios are! I have been sucked into the puff scam with both of my babies and the amount of fruit or vegetables in them is laughable.
